68k Classic Mac gaming on OS X

See my new page on the mac classic 99 bottles of beer 99 Bottles.

In 1992 someone showed me prince of persia. Ever since, I've had a thing about this game. I first used a IIcx in 1995 and then I had a thing about macs. I have several old macs ( a classic, a plus, an SE and a IIcx gathering dust, but what I really wanted to do was run Prince of Persia on my new G4 Aluminium powerbook. There are two ways to do this - one is to use Basilisk II, which will run in colour, the other is to use Minivmac - which has sound and is more stable, but uses a mac plus rom only so everything is in black and white.

Of course, some would ask why you want to run 15 year old games on a cutting edge powerbook, but what the hell, its fun.

I got loderunner here and Prince of Persia here
